We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and perform various clerical tasks to ensure efficient office operations.

Duties
– Answer Phone Lines as needed
– Post Office, Bank & Lunch Runs
– Print/Organize Tax Returns for clients
– Keep track of office supplies
– Greet Clients as needed
– Create SOP for Administration
– Miscellaneous Administrative Work

Skills
– Proper Phone Etiquette
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Excellent communication and customer service abilities
– Familiarity with data entry and maintaining accurate records
