On behalf of our client, an ambitious aircraft leasing platform, we are looking to hire an Office Administrator to join their Singapore team.
Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:
Oversee general office administration, including meetings, documents, and vendor coordination.
Manage IT Systems, user accounts, equipment, and first – level troubleshooting.
Support basic finance tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Coordinate employee onboarding and corporate secretarial matters.
Requirements of the Office Administrator:
Singapore PR or Citizen with experience in office admin, IT, and finance support.
Strong multitasking, communication, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in office software and basic IT systems.
Comfortable with document handling and basic accounting tasks.
