Construction Coordinator

MANAGEMENT SA5 is a fast-growing, Jenkintown, PA. We are a construction company who build in Philadelphia and are looking for a property project administrator with experience (dealing with , inspectors, City of Philadelphia L&I , tax abetments and Eclipse, administration ground up project, invoices, office work, Zoning variances !).

Office administration work. Must be organize and a problem solver

We purchase land and rise single family & multi-unit apartments. We are looking for someone with experience to join our team as we continue to grow. This individual will need to manage all documents and office work from the start to end of new projects (from L&I clearance, ordering soil tests, surveys, application for tax abatement, communication with architect, engineer, inspector, labor, apply for new utilities, close permits with L&I get final inspection and etc).Knowledge in Eclipse is a PLUS all documents and office work from the start to end of new projects (from L&I clearance, ordering soil tests, surveys, application for tax abatement, communication with architect, engineer, inspector, labor, apply for new utilities, close permits with L&I get final inspection and etc).

The position requires a high attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work in a face paced environment. Travel to the City of Philadelphia L&I offices will be required as needed.

Start hourly rate depending on experience and performance

START RATE IS $19-$24

you can grow in the company for a hire rate with benefit and bonuses pay
