We are looking for Office Administrator – HR exp. PLUS at an industrial equipment manufacturer located near Bastrop, TX
Responsibilities- Office Administrator – HR exp. PLUS:
Assist the upper management team scheduling internal meetings
Maintain employee records and assist monthly payroll
Research and communicate with the vendors regarding company’s benefit programs
Reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Perform administrative duties; data entry, filing documents, answering phone calls, process invoices, welcome visitors etc.
Maintain all records and documentations for system update/ data entry in timely manner
Perform other duties if necessary
Requirements – Office Administrator – HR exp. PLUS:
High school Diploma or Associates in Business Administration, Human Resources Management
1-3 years of administrative, HR assistance experience in corporate business setting or manufacturer industry
ERP software experience is plus – ADP, Peoplesoft, SAP etc.
Existing knowledge of labor laws and managing HR functions
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Comfortable working in flexible schedule if needed
Proficient in MS Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Strong EXCEL skill MUST
