Office Administrator / Shipping & Receiving Assistant
Full-Time | In-Person | Growing Firearms Manufacturer

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Office Administrator who is eager to grow into a Shipping & Receiving role within our fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position offers a dynamic mix of administrative responsibilities and hands-on logistics work, ideal for someone who thrives on variety and takes pride in accuracy and organization.

About the Role:
You’ll be a key player in keeping our operations running smoothly, managing office tasks while training to handle all aspects of shipping and receiving. From maintaining inventory records and processing orders, to proofreading documents and purchasing supplies, your work will support both our internal team and external customers. If you’re a quick learner with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset, we’re willing to train you.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments.

Load/unload goods using forklifts, pallet jacks. (Rare Occurrence & not required).

Track and manage inventory using Sortly or similar WMS software.

Prepare shipping labels, documentation, and ensure timely deliveries.

Work with the production supervisor to coordinate shipments.

Maintain clean, organized workspaces in both the office and warehouse.

Perform regular inventory counts and maintain stock accuracy.

Handle purchasing for office, production, and break room supplies.

Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.

Proofread and review documents with a keen eye for detail.

Support general office functions and help streamline workflows.

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in shipping/receiving or administrative roles is preferred but not required.

Comfortable using forklifts and pallet jacks (or willing to learn).

Strong computer skills and familiarity with office software (e.g., Word, Excel).

Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Ability to multitask and shift priorities in a fast-moving environment.

A proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.

Able to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.

Strong eyes and concentration for attention to detail.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
