**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.
**Responsibilities:**
– Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
– Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and mailing
**Requirements:**
– Proven work experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or similar role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Provide relevant documentation for applying for the H1B work visa.
– Bachelor’s degree; additional qualifications will be a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
