**Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.

**Responsibilities:** – Perform data entry tasks using QuickBooks and other computerized systems – Assist with clerical duties such as typing, filing, and proofreading – Manage office tasks including scheduling appointments and maintaining records – Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations – Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks – Assist with medical receptionist duties as needed
