**Job Title: OFFICE ASSISTANT**
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in all aspects of office and light warehouse procedures, A/R & A/P, scheduling, dispatch, receiving, file maintenance, warranty documentation and other business related tasks. If you have a passion for working in a busy office, we want to hear from you.
**Requirements:**
– Prior experience in basic accounting and office procedures
– Ability to work well in a team setting
– Understanding of customer recurring maintenance contracts
– Familiarity with dispatching systems is beneficial. Specifically Field Edge
– Experience in Quickbooks
– Proficiency in basic computer skills.
– Solid telephone skills.
– Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
