Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. Hours: Mon through Fri 8:30 to 5p

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.

Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.

Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail while using Google Suite and QuickBooks.

Provide customer support by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.

Proofread documents for clarity, grammar, and accuracy before distribution.

Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.

Support office management tasks, including inventory management of supplies and equipment.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Must be able to run ads on facebook, and other sites.

Requirements

Post daily on Social Media

Keep accurate Federal Firearm logs

Excel, Word, and Photo editing software

Must be able to wait on Customers who bid on items on Thurs.

Keep accurate information on Consigners
