Must have experience working in a glass company. Looking for an Office Admin. with experience in the Glass Industry. Candidate must be local to the Las Vegas area. This is a Full-Time position.

Responsibilities Include:
Answer phones
Checking emails
Submitting purchase orders and online orders for products
Tracking PO’s and orders from quote requests to final delivery
Coordinating with third party vendors for receiving and delivery
Coordinating with third party vendors for billing
Invoicing clients, filling paperwork
Providing regular status updates to the small team
The ideal candidate will:
Must have 2 years of Quickbooks experience.
Be communicative by email, messaging and phone
Understand basic financial terms
Be able to pickup new software systems
Be physically capable of lifting 50 lb and able to stand for long periods of time
Have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a reliable personal vehicle
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
