Responsibilities:
– Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office
– Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
– Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
– Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
– Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations
– Schedule appointments and manage calendars
– Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
– Coordinate meetings and events, including making arrangements for catering and accommodations
– Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and accounts receivable/payable

Requirements:
– Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
– Upselling skills to promote products or services to customers
– Spanish language proficiency is a plus; multilingual abilities are highly valued
– Strong phone etiquette and experience with outbound calling
– Sales experience or the ability to learn sales techniques is desirable
– Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
– Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
