Job Objective:
This position will provide support to the Corps by providing general office support and serving as back-up for select program areas.
Essential Functions:
Receive visitors and clients
Perform reception desks duties as assigned
Assist clients with access to assistance applications
Serve as backup for operation functions including, but not limited to, food pantry, meal preparation, and canteen operation
Perform light cleaning as directed
Sort and distribute incoming mail
Sort donations
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Experience working with
diverse
populations or customer service experience is desirable
Certifications/Licenses:
None
Abilities/Skills:
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Prompt, reliable, and professional
Work efficiently and with limited supervision
Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders
Follow written and verbal instructions
Maintain records with accuracy
Effective organizational, interpersonal, and conversational skills
Decision-making andproblem-solving skills
Operate basic office equipment including telephone, computer, copier, fax, and scanning equipment
Capacity to be trained in and use operation software including, but not limited to, MAAC Link
Follow all guidelines and confidentially of information obtained from clients

None
Physical Requirements:
Includes sitting, walking, standing, stretching, reaching, climbing; lifting, pushing and pulling materials up to 30 lbs. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions of this job.

Work is performed in a typical office environment with occasional work performed in facility commercial kitchen and food pantry
