Office Assistant/Customer Service Jobs in Fullerton, CA at JLOGISTICS LLC

We are a growing eCommerce company (JLOGISTICS LLC d.b.a. KD DEPOT LLC) with a federal contract supplying electrical parts, tools and hardware to various US military and federal agencies. We are seeking a FULL-TIME candidate to join our team MONDAY – FRIDAY MORNING TO AFTERNOON POSITION.

This position is NOT a sales position, no cold calling or in-person customer interaction.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

– Provide customer and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
– Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
– Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
– Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
– Process orders and follow up with customers.
– Assist with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
– MUST be proficient with word and basic excel.

– Must pass background check
– Previous experience as an assistant or in an administrative role preferred
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
– Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
