Position: Contract Office Assistant – $21/hour, Philly!
Our client, a higher
education
institution, is seeking a contracted Office Administrative Associate to provide administrative and clerical support for a couple months! This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient office operations, managing records, and supporting program staff.
About You:
2+ years of clerical or administrative experience in a professional setting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent organizational,
communication
, and record-keeping skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
The Job:
Assist in developing and coordinating office processes and procedures
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with program requirements
Track and update student or participant information in internal databases
Manage inventory of materials and supplies, placing orders as needed
Organize and maintain a shared drive for key documents and forms
Prepare reports, correspondence, and program-related documents
Handle calls and inquiries, ensuring accurate message-taking and follow-ups
This contract opportunity is expected to last at least three months, will work onsite five days a week, and is paying up to $21/hour depending on experience. If you have strong administrative skills and enjoy working in a
