Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.

Assist in data entry and ensuring database accuracy.

Prepare and provide reports as required by management.

Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents

Qualifications
