Job Description:
As an Office Clerk at Vibes And Verbs, you will be an integral part of our daily operations. You will support our team by maintaining organization and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Perform data entry and maintain records
Assist in preparing documents and reports as needed
Provide general administrative support to various departments
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)
Previous office experience is a plus, but not required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
