This position will be responsible for performing various filing functions that are necessary to maintain and enhance the organization of our Customer Files. It contributes to the success of Universal Auto Group by providing and maintaining an organized system of filing service records and sales files for efficient retrieval.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff as needed
Assist with filing of paperwork and documents per request of the Office Manager
Verifying the accuracy of documents
Preparing and mailing trade pay-offs to lenders
Other accounting duties as assigned
Provide backup to other staff as necessary and as assigned by the direct supervisor
Punctual
Prepare daily cash deposits and complete cash control sheet
Able to multi-task
Research and help correct any errors or inconsistencies in totals.
Highattention to detail
Education
/Training/
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
One year of file clerk, clerical, customer service or similar experience preferred
