We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Clerk to support the daily operations of one of our clients. This role involves handling tasks like document preparation, calendar coordination, and records management with accuracy and professionalism. You’ll also be a key contact for internal and external communications, helping ensure smooth team workflows. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities well, and looks for ways to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide daily clerical and administrative support to the department or division.

– Prepare reports and format documents while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

– Manage and maintain the department’s records in line with recognized records management standards and corporate retention policies.

– Respond to and support incoming inquiries on behalf of the department.

– Serve as a central contact for document flow into and out of the team, as needed.

– Identify and apply best practices to improve administrative efficiency, and recommend enhancements to streamline coordination and processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

– Postsecondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (degree or diploma).

– 1–3 years of relevant administrative experience.

– Experience using Success Factors (SAP) is an asset.

– Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

– Comfortable working with various computer systems, work management tools, and general office applications.

– Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills; able to manage competing priorities effectively.

– Experience in fast-paced environments and working with multiple leaders or functional areas.

– Strong financial awareness and the ability to apply sound judgment.

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening and interpersonal strengths.
