We are seeking anorganized and detail-orientedOffice Clerk to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. The Office Clerk will handle a variety of tasks, including filing, data entry, and assisting with general office duties. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a structured environment and enjoymultitasking.
Responsibilities:
Perform data entry, maintain records, and update databases accurately.
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide customer support when needed.
Prepare, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
Order office supplies and ensure office equipment is functioning properly.
Collaborate with team members to complete special projects and tasks.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational skills withattention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
