Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to
join our team
2-3 days per week plus vacation coverage when needed. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by completing various administrative tasks. This position requires strong keyboarding skills and familiarity with office procedures. The Office Clerk will work closely with Office Administrators to maintain an
efficient workflow
and provide excellent support to both clients and colleagues.
Duties
– Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and
document management
.
– Assist with front desk operations, greeting visitors and answering phone calls professionally.
– Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents are properly organized and easily accessible.
– Utilize Quick Books for basic accounting tasks as needed.
– Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.
– Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve office efficiency.
– Handle correspondence, including emails and mail, ensuring timely responses.
Requirements – Previous experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
– Strong proofreading skills with
attention to detail

– Experience using Quick Books and other office software applications.
– Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
