Job OverviewWe are looking for an Office Co-Ordinator to join our team at GoStudyFree, a leading overseas education consulting company based in New Delhi, India. As an Office Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various administrative functions to ensure the smooth operations of our office. The employment type for this role is full time in office.

Qualifications And Skills

Proven experience as an Office Co-Ordinator or in a similar administrative role

Excellent work coordination and organizational skills

Proficient in administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling, and coordinating meetings

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Roles And Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operations of the office

Handle day-to-day office responsibilities such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings

Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and stocked

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff

Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail

Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents

Collaborate with different teams and departments to ensure effective communication and coordination

Provide general administrative support as needed

Calendar & travel management of Directors

Coordination with internal staff and external stakeholders for critical tasks completion

Follow-up with international Universities for partnership contracts & payments

Assisting Directors in Business development
