The Office Coordinator creates a welcoming office environment for the Union Adventist University PA Program.
Serves as a liaison between students and faculty.
Assists with the planning and execution of graduation, White Coat ceremony, quarterly meetings, and other events as directed by the Clinical Coordinator and Program Director.
Responsible for copying student handouts/faculty presentations.
Oversees PA Program Facebook page and assists with website maintenance.
Assists faculty with preparation of projects.
Provides back-up support to the Program Assistant/Admissions Coordinator and Clinical Coordinator when needed.
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Attitude of servant leadership.
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Flexibility.
Organizational skills.
Strategic thinker and planner.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Computer literacy including ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive, and copier functions.
Be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
