Position Available: Office Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized Office Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilities and Resource Management: managing office supplies and ensuring that all equipment (printers, copiers, and computers) is in working order. Managing contracts with suppliers and service providers.
Compliance and Safety: ensuring that the office complies with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Human Resources Support: liaison for HR functions, such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and coordinating with HR on payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
Technology and IT Coordination: liaison between the office and the IT service providers, ensuring that all technological resources function correctly and that any issues are resolved promptly.
Clerical Tasks: data entry, report preparation, correspondence, and answering phone calls.
Financial: submit Medicaid claims for payment for services rendered, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions.
Experience
Proficient in time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Experienced in using Excel for document creation and collaboration.
Strong customer service skills, capable of interacting with employees at all levels.
Professional and courteous phone handling skills.
Skilled in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
Preferred administrative experience in an office setting.
Exceptional attention to detail.
