Office Coordinator / Administrator – Temporary Contract

Central West London | Immediate start | Temporary assignment through to July/August

£18–£20 per hour | 5 days in office

We are supporting a highly regarded professional services business with the hire of an Office Coordinator / Administrator to join their London office on a temporary basis during a particularly busy period for the business.

This is a varied and hands-on assignment, supporting with a digitisation project, front-of-house cover and wider office coordination as the team prepares for an office transition over the coming weeks.

The role will involve:

  • Scanning and indexing confidential Company Secretariat documentation
  • Providing reception and front-of-house support
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Supporting with the closure and transition of the current office floor
  • Booking meeting rooms and external meeting spaces where required
  • Organising catering and assisting with wider office coordination
  • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks

They are looking for someone who:

  • Is hardworking, diligent and reliable
  • Has strong attention to detail
  • Is comfortable handling confidential documentation
  • Is flexible, hands-on and happy to support wherever needed
  • Communicates professionally
  • Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Previous office or administrative experience would be beneficial, although attitude, reliability and attention to detail are the most important qualities for this assignment.
