GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing broad-range office support to support internal departments such as HR, Operations, Sales, and more.

Serve as center of excellence to provide general office support to all internal departments to maintain a productive and positive work environment.

Coordinate amongst various departments with respective projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.

Monitor office supply inventory and assist in placing orders.

Monitor company uniform inventory to ensure appropriate levels, good condition, and forecast inventory levels.

Ensure the cleanliness of the office space to maximum efficiency.

Curates social media content for business pages to showcase employee experience, services offered, and showcasing the company as a brand of choice.

Assists in supporting with New Employee Orientation (NEO); onboarding paperwork, onboarding into systems and applications, etc.

Participates in developing departmental goals, objectives, and systems.

Supports with company-wide communications (i.e. special dates, newsletters, open enrollment, etc.)

Performs any additional duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

Some college, preferred.

Office admin/Human Resources experience, required.

Proficient in all Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

MUST be able to decisively juggle competing projects and priorities.

MUST have excellent communication and people skills.
