Full Job Description
MATURA Head Start has immediate job opening for Office Coordinator. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Head Start team. Position is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating office operations, and supporting a smooth and efficient workplace environment. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented multitasker who is adaptable to change and enjoys supporting a dynamic team. Will serve as the point of contact to the public and will assist current staff in meeting all areas of compliance. Full-time 40 hour per week position. Wage determined by education and experience. Generous benefits package including insurance, vacation and sick leave, IPERS and paid holidays. Minimum of AA degree preferred but relevant experience also considered.
