What You'll Be Responsible For:

Creating a Best-in-Class Office Experience. Serve as the first point of contact for employees, clients, candidates, and visitors. Create a welcoming, professional, and positive office environment. Maintain organized office spaces, conference rooms, kitchen areas, and inventory storage.

Office Operations & Administration

Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure the workplace functions seamlessly. Coordinate office supplies, equipment, shipping, mail, vendor relationships, maintenance requests, and general office services. Act as the primary liaison with building management and service providers.

People & Culture Initiatives

Provide administrative support for various HR-related activities, including onboarding, employee communications, and personnel administration. Assist in planning employee events, celebrations, team gatherings, and culture-building initiatives. Help foster a workplace culture that is collaborative, engaging, and supportive

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Previous experience in office administration, executive support, office management, or a related

role

Excellent organizational, planning, and project coordination

Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities

Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience supporting HR functions is a plus
