Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office/HR Coordinator to join our distributed team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless office

communication

, efficient administrative operations, and engaging company events. With an upcoming office in Pune, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day office activities and supporting the HR Manager in executing HR and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Office

Communication

:

Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and

communication

. Maintain organized and

effective communication

channels within the distributed team. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely dissemination of critical information. Administrative Support :

Assist the HR Manager with routine administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and compliance requirements. Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and other operational needs for the Pune office. Oversee the office setup process and ensure a well-functioning workspace. Event and Conference Management :

Plan and organize company events,

team-building activities

, and conferences. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute successful events. Handle logistics, budget planning, and on-site coordination.

Team Collaboration

:

Work closely with

cross-functional teams

to align office operations with company goals. Support onboarding processes and help foster a positive office culture. Qualifications

Education

:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. Experience : 2-4 years of experience in office management, HR coordination, or related roles. Previous experience in a distributed or hybrid

work environment

is a plus. Skills :

Strong organizational and

multitasking

skills. Excellent written and verbal

communication

abilities. Proficiency in office tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR software. Event planning and

project management

experience is highly desirable. Attributes :
