Role Description The Office Executive role at Nuix Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Office Executive will manage day-to-day office operations, including coordinating meetings, maintaining office supplies, preparing documentation, and supporting administrative workflows. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls and emails, greeting and assisting visitors, and providing courteous customer service to internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves basic accounting support such as processing invoices, maintaining records, and assisting with expense tracking. The Office Executive will collaborate closely with multiple teams to ensure smooth office functioning and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
  • Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to organize schedules, documents, and day-to-day office activities.
  • Candidates should possess basic Accounting skills to support billing, record-keeping, and expense management.
  • Candidates should be proficient with office productivity tools (such as word processing, spreadsheets,ZOHO, and email) and have strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment; prior experience in an office support role and a relevant diploma or degree are preferred.
