Requirements

University graduate;

Fluent in spoken and written English;

Good MS Office knowledge;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects;

Proactive and high-energy attitude;

Integrity, honesty, and reliability in all interpersonal relations;

Desire to grow, contribute and have an impact

Responsibilities

Maintain the relationship with suppliers and other stakeholders of the company;

Help the entire team to travel around the world;

Surprise each colleague with an unforgettable birthday/anniversary gift;

Plan, organize and coordinate team-building and office activities;

Preparation of employment forms (individual labour contract, personal data sheet, etc);

Organizes and distributes to employees’ different HR documents (holiday requests, medical leaves, employee certificates, etc.);

Archive of personal and office documents;

Continuous communication with all teams;

Create spreadsheets, and other reports if required;

Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries related to HR processes
