Key Duties:
Answering the phone
Speaking to customers in a polite and friendly manner
Typing up emails and correspondence
Making travel arrangements
Collaborating with multiple business teams
They are looking for someone with:
A positive work ethic and aspirations to progress
A friendly and professional attitude
Working experience
in a customer focused setting (retail/hospitality etc) advantageous
Good computer skills
GCSE Maths & English (Level 4 or equivalent minimum)
