We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have experience in managing front desk activities, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining efficient office procedures. This role is essential in supporting our team and enhancing the overall productivity of the office environment.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries professionally.

Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access to important documents.

Provide personal assistant support to senior management, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.

Utilize computer literacy to manage office software applications effectively, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.

Implement time management strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized office space conducive to productivity.

Assist with medical receptionist duties as needed, including patient scheduling and record management.

Experience

Proven experience in an administrative role or as an Office Manager is preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail in proofreading tasks.

Familiarity with office equipment and technology to support daily operations.

Experience in a medical office setting is a plus but not required.
