Full Job Description
Suburban Electric is seeking an Office Manager to start immediately. We are looking for someone to be the main front office voice representing the company. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. Great opportunity for a full-time year-round based office position in Manteo, NC.
General Responsibilities:
Answering phone and emails
Scheduling service calls
Procuring permits
Coordinating with warehouse and management staff
Bookkeeping, invoicing, collecting payments
Following up with customers to ensure schedules and tasks are met
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate professionally with customers on the phone.
Ability to multi-task.
Must be reliable, come to work every day and have a positive attitude.
Strong organizational and computer skills.
Experience with Excel and accounting software preferred.
Knowledge of electrical/mechanical trades a plus but not required.
Ability to work well with team members.
Good attention to details, and ability to keep track of tasks.
