Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
Coordinate and supervise administrative staff, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
Maintain office records, manage documentation, and organize filing systems.
Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and vendor negotiations.
Assist in financial tasks, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for
senior management
.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements.
Address employee inquiries and provide administrative support as needed.
Foster a
positive work environment
by organizing office events and
team-building activities
.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written
communication
abilities.
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively.
Leadership
experience and the ability to manage a team.
