A 70 year company serving progressive, technical manufacturing operations is seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedSales Admin/Office Manager to support key business operations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and coordinating communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process incoming documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
Stay updated on sales and service activities to facilitate seamless communication.
Coordinate efforts between teams to improve workflow and customer experience.
Manage the end-to-end processing of incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
Oversee shipping and receiving documentation, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Provide administrative support for sales initiatives, including client meetings, events, and open houses.
Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate teams.
Address customer concerns with a solutions-oriented approach to enhance satisfaction.
Maintain consistent and reliable attendance, meeting expectations for punctuality and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong computer skills and a resourceful, problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in Excel and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Experience with CRM software, accounting (AR/AP), purchasing, or scheduling is a plus.
Accuracy in data entry to support smooth operations.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
