£26k p/a, Meltham, Monday to Thursday 8am – 4.30pm, 28 days leave, Pension, Parking, main bus route

Job Role

Our Meltham based client are looking for an experienced, organised, and highly motivated Office Manager / Customer Services professional to join their team, ensuring the smooth running of their small office environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers

Answer phone calls and emails

Process purchase orders, confirmations, and invoicing

Manage daily ledgers and statement of accounts

Handle purchase orders for suppliers and ensure accurate filing

Take minutes and schedule meetings

Manage diaries and holiday schedules

Maintain personnel files and onboarding for new starters

Generate weekly reports for the for the SLT

Conduct audits and manage monthly stock/inventory

Process monthly expenses

Proactively identify and implement improvements

Handle daily post and data input tasks

Experience &

Skills Required:

Strong time management skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines

Excellent

communication skills

(Desirable)

Experience with

Sage & Intouch systems, plus proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office, and Excel

Ability to collaborate with managers across the business

High level of confidentiality and

professionalism

Hands-on

approach with practical involvement in all duties

Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills

Ability to work under pressure and solve problems strategically
