Summary

We are seeking an Office Manager to join our dynamic team at WP&F Specialty Group. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, managing daily administrative tasks, and supporting our team in delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency in administrative processes.

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff.

Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate data entry.

Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents and preparing reports.

Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.

Support team members with personal assistant duties as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Excellent calendar management and scheduling abilities.

Proficient in office software and data entry tasks.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 – $47.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week
