We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to support daily operations, assist the Project Manager, and help ensure smooth communication across teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with Quick Books, CRM systems, and knowledge of the fence and deck industry. They should also have employee management experience and be eager to learn various roles within the company.

Responsibilities

Manage office operations (phones, scheduling, supplies)

Use Quick Books for invoicing, billing, and financial reporting

Update and manage CRM system for customer data

Assist Project Manager with scheduling and project tracking

Support employee management and development

Learn and assist in various roles across the company

Qualifications

Experience with Quick Books and CRM systems

Knowledge of the fence and deck industry

Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience in employee management

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks

3-4 Years of experience
