Office Manager

BaySmiles is a growing company in the Bayside, NY and surrounding areas. We are a group of experienced Dental professionals who are committed to providing the highest quality of care to our community. We are looking for a highly organized Office Manager to assist with daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of administrative tasks with attention to detail and discretion. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations

Organize and schedule appointments

Maintain office filing systems

Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Arrange new patient appointments as well as contact patients via phone, email, or other means

Update and maintain records of employee hours per week

Assist with payroll processing for new hires, insurance verification, benefits enrollment, etc.

Assist with scheduling of staff when necessary

Maintain positive communication with patients, vendors, suppliers, etc.

Billing and accounts receivable

Maintain contact lists of patients, vendors, suppliers etc.

Answer the phone and return calls in a professional manner

Prepare and present treatment plan and financial estimates to patients for all prescribed treatment.

Manage the Doctor and hygiene schedules to achieve utilization goals through efficient use of appointment time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
