Job Description

Spurwink Services is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to work part-time in our busy, team-oriented Adult Program Office in Biddeford. The candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and computer savvy with the ability to multi-task. This is a critical position within the team, offering direct support for Program Managers and Associate Directors. This is a Monday-Friday 20 hour a week in-office position.

Specific hours and days can be flexible.

DUTIES:

The qualified candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team.

The candidate will have the ability to create and manage Excel and Word documents as needed.

Effective oral and written communication skills and telephone skills are required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word required.

Must have computer skills and be able to learn and work in Spurwink’s electronic health records.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or G.E.D. required; some undergraduate experience preferred.

Relevant work experience (i.e., secretarial, computer management, office management).
