Job Title: Office Manager and Administrative Assistant
Location: Cottonwood Heights, Utah
Compensation:
Base Salary: $55,000 per year
Bonus: Up to $10,000 annually
Benefits: 401(k) plan and comprehensive Healthcare
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration & Operations:
Oversee daily office functions ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment
Manage purchasing and inventory of office supplies and equipment
Maintain and update company policies and procedures
Ensure office is organized for meetings, visits, etc.
Plan travel logistics for key personnel
Accounting & Financial Support:
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable (AP) and customer billing
Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial processing
Manage Accounts Payable – pay invoices, etc.
Human Resources & Recruiting:
Assist with recruiting processes including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding for new hires
Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee morale and company culture
Event Planning & Culture Building:
Plan and coordinate company events, team-building activities and other initiatives that boost morale and promote a positive workplace
Serve as a key driver in fostering a collaborative, inclusive and dynamic company culture
Administer surveys to key stakeholders in the company
General Administrative Support:
Provide broad support to senior management and various departments as needed
Act as the go-to person for solving day-to-day operational challenges—often “the wearer of all hats that no one else wants to wear”
Qualifications
Proven experience in administrative support, office management or a similar role
Basic accounting skills with familiarity in handling AP processes and customer billing
Demonstrated experience in HR functions such as recruiting and onboarding is a plus
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric attitude
Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
