Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment.

Duties

Manage day-to-day office operations.

Prepare invoices and manage billing and receiving payment of sales.

Manage receiving and payment of bills.

Record transactions on Quickbooks

Payroll including Federal and Missouri Withholdings

Monthly, quarterly and yearly reports

Maintain accurate filing systems and manage office supplies inventory.

Skills

Proficient in office management practices and administrative procedures.

Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.

Excellent budgeting skills to manage office expenditures effectively.

Exceptional schedule management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate files and records.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and vendors.
