Key responsibilities
Administrative Support Managing office supplies, equipment, and coordinating administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and document organization.
-   Communication Handling communication within the office, as well as with external parties, clients, and vendors.
-   Budget Management Managing office budgets, tracking expenses, and making cost-effective decisions.
-   Event Planning Organizing meetings, conferences, and office events.
-   Problem Solving Resolving office-related issues and addressing any concerns or complaints from employees.
-   Technology Overseeing the use of office technology, software, and systems.
-   Record Keeping Maintaining records, files, and documents in a secure and organized manner.
-   Compliance Ensuring that the office follows legal and regulatory requirements.
-   Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team.
-   Manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
-   Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
-   Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings.
-   Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing communications and requests.
-   Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
-   Perform general office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
-   Assist in special projects and event planning.
-   Conduct research and gather information for decision-making purposes.
-   Liaise with other team members and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
