Project Coordinator
Vert Environmental has a project coordinator opportunity! This opportunity is a leadership role in our company with a lot of room to grow professionally, financially, and personally! Answering phone calls
Calling clients and techs
Scheduling field jobs with technicians, clients, and homeowners
Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relations
Data entry
Preparing and gaining work authorizations
File organization, faxing, and other administrative duties as needed
Assist in acquiring billing information for clients and insurance companies
Great communication skills
Familiarity with San Diego
Ability to multi-task
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong independent work ethic
Ability to adapt on the go
High School Graduate (required)
B.S. Degree (preferred, not required)
Minimum 1-year experience in an administrative capacity (preferred)
Ability to take direction and work independently
Strong planning and organizational skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Products, Adobe, and Quick Books
