We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, representing Messa Sync with a high level of professionalism and efficiency. This role is vital in maintaining smooth office operations and supporting various administrative functions.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors upon arrival
Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and timely manner
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence
Ensure the front desk is fully stocked and operational
Support other departments with general office duties as needed
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
