Requirements

Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments

Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items

Handle correspondence and communication, ensuring timely and professional responses

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation

Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring resources are adequately stocked

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required

Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate smooth communication
