Position: Office Supervisor-Cardiology-Mercy St. Louis
The Office Supervisor will be responsible for supervising both MA’s and PSR’s; ensuring adequate coverage at all times, participating in annual performance reviews with the Practice Manager, training new co-workers in addition to on-going training for existing co-workers, assist with the development of appropriate policies and procedures as well as performing all front desk and MA duties such as registration, answering/triaging of phone calls, appointment scheduling, form completion, precertification, and rooming of patients.
Functions as the EPIC Superuser for front desk and MA duties. Works in conjunction with office coder/biller and Practice Manager to complete all practice work queues; charge review, follow up, credit, registration and billing errors, and VBO to cliniccommunicationWQs.

Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required with coursework in clerical skills.
Experience:
Minimum five years health care experience.
