Position: Officer- Front Office Emiratised role Part Time
Serving the customer and staffs to letdetermine and distinguish the differences of our bank to other bankservices. The Officer is often the first business contact thecustomer will meet. It is an expectation that she maintains a calmcourteous and professional demeanour at all times regardless of thecustomers behaviour. The Officer is responsible forproviding secretarial clerical and administrative support in orderto ensure that municipal services are provided in an effective andefficient manner.. KEYACCOUNTABILITIES Job Context Meet and greetvisitors to the office
Direct or escortvisitors if required
Coordinate with securityfor any client visit
Host visitors whilst theyare waiting to be met Assist in the planningand preparation of meetings conferences and conference telephonecalls
Act as the point of contact for the Corporate Services department (pantry stationery andsubscriptions)
Receive direct and relaytelephone messages and fax messagesetc.
Receive and deliver/forward mail to theconcerned staff/office/dept.
Stamp all generalcorrespondence if needed/applicable
Handling

Follow all relevant departmentalpolicies processes standard operating procedures and instructionsso that work is carried out in a controlled and consistentmanner. Demonstrate compliance toorganisations values and ethics at all times to support theestablishment of a value drive culture within thebank. . Job Context Maintain  thegeneral filing system and file allcorrespondence
Make preparations for Softservices related tasks
Maintain an adequateinventory of office supplies for FoHRespond tostaff/visitor inquiries
Assist customers forany issues and complaints and direct them to concernedstaff/office/dept.
Provide wordprocessing andsecretarial support for soft servicesunit
Coordinate the repair and maintenance ofoffice equipment
Answer all incoming calls andhandle callers inquiries at all times
Assistthe other staff as requested
Perform otherrelated duties as required for the Soft servicesunit
Ensure look and feel of the front of houseand building entrances is maintained at alltimes
Adhere to grooming standards at alltimes
Comply to limited mobile phone use inpublic/in front of customers
No eating incl.chewing gum at the desk
No cigarettes no carkeys no makeup etc. on top of the workdesk/station
No messy workdesk/station
Always smile be friendly andapproachable
Do not turn your back to customersor use impolite body languag
