Onboarding Experience Coordinators!
Our Onboarding Experience Coordinators are extremely efficient, responsive, and organized. They are proactive and thoughtful communicators. They are process-oriented and able to follow standard operating procedures closely. They can multi-task and keep track of several candidates at various points in the pipeline. They are interpersonal and professional in their communication with hiring managers, candidates, HCM partners/stakeholders, and team members.

How You Will Fulfill Your Potential
Follow policies and procedures strictly, maintaining confidentiality for this team
Be proactive and responsive with candidates, managers, and stakeholders
Communicate thoughtfully and professionally throughout the background check and onboarding process
Track assigned candidates, progress, and pending items in an organized manner
Focus on process improvement to enhance the onboarding experience
Be agile and quick to learn various aspects of the business
Multi-task effectively while performing tasks calmly and efficiently
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
Basic Qualifications
Experience with ticketing systems and/or applicant tracking systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other MS programs
High attention to detail and organization
Ability to learn new procedures quickly and adapt to change
Ability to prioritize and track multiple tasks
Ability to collaborate with local teams and global clients internally and externally
Preferred Qualifications
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
Experience in a similar role
Familiarity with HR systems and processes, such as background checks and onboarding
