Oversee daily people development and learning operations across assigned units. Coordinate implementation of training, development, and capability-building programs. Monitor training schedules, participation, and completion against plans. Review training records, learning data, and development documentation. Support competency development, leadership programs, and talent initiatives. Coordinate with HR Business Partners, COEs, and external training providers. Guide supervisors and learning administrators and drive continuous improvement in development programs.
